Step One: Meet, Discuss and Choose what your company needs/Complete Creative Brief
During Step one I will setup a telephone meeting or a meeting in person. During this initial phase we will discuss what are your needs. I will then provide you with a design brief. This design brief will ask specific questions pertaining to color, style, target audience, photo requirements and more. The more detail you provide, the more accurately I can meet your design expectations. Upon receiving your design brief and your logo in vector format (Adobe Illustrator or EPS formats are perfect) I will create a design for you. Your logo and design brief is required to before getting started on your web site design. Your custom web site design will be highly influenced by your logo's style and color scheme. I require that content and photos for your website be submitted at this time to ensure proper integration and a quick turnover.
Please note I do not write or provide content for your website. The sooner I receive your finalized content/copy, the faster I can complete your project.
Receive Web Design Concept/Template & Provide Revisions
Once I received your design brief, logo and photos, I will develop your first custom web design concept/template. Once I have designed the first customized template, I will require you to review and approve the design. Please provide feedback on colors, navigation, and any other details that you would like revised.
Second Draft of template (if applicable)
After I receive your suggestions, I will make the changes to the website. I will submit a second draft of the template to you via email.
Review Website/Provide Revisions
After I receive your suggestions and you have confirmed all changes to the template were made I will convert the image to HTML, create the inner pages based on the content that you have sent, and send you the first draft of the web site. At this time you can make revisions to the site. However you are allocated 3 free revisions.
If you company currently has any social media websites created, at this time I will need logins, etc. If you have chosen my Social Media Marketing I will create these at this time.
Finalize Web Site/Launch!
Following completion of revisions and I have received your final approval your site will be pushed live. If you have chosen to have Eemsdesigns.com perform any SEO work this is when that will happen.
